48-Hour Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. We kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment at Bluume Hair Co.

Cancellations or changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service total. No-shows or same-day cancellations may be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount.

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be required to reschedule their appointment if there is not enough time to complete the service without affecting other scheduled guests.

We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations happen, and exceptions may be considered at the salon’s discretion.
